We currently offer four signature flavours, each inspired by a different Indian city:

• Shahi Gulab — Rose-infused cocoa inspired by the gardens of Lucknow
• Thandi Thandai — A cool blend of saffron, cardamom, and almonds
• Sohi Rajbhog — Rich, aromatic flavours of the royal sweet
• Nawabi Paan — The essence of betel leaf and gulkand from Lucknow

KALP uses premium cocoa sourced responsibly. Our bars are crafted to balance richness with the authentic Indian flavour profiles that define each variant. We use a carefully calibrated cocoa percentage to ensure each cultural ingredient shines through.

Store your KALP bars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — ideally between 15–20°C. Avoid refrigeration as it can cause sugar bloom (white spots) and affect the texture. If you must refrigerate, seal tightly in an airtight container and allow it to return to room temperature before unwrapping.

Our cocoa bars have a shelf life of 9 months from the date of manufacture when stored properly. Each package has the manufacturing date and best-before date printed clearly on the wrapper.

Yes, all KALP products are 100% vegetarian. We use no animal-derived ingredients in any of our flavour variants. Our bars carry the green dot (vegetarian) mark as per FSSAI regulations.

Some of our flavours contain tree nuts (almonds, pistachios) and dairy. Our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes nuts, milk, and soy. Please check the ingredient list on each product page or packaging for specific allergen information.

We source our cultural ingredients directly from the regions that inspire each flavour — Lucknow roses, Kashmiri saffron, and more. Our cocoa is responsibly sourced to ensure quality and sustainability. We work closely with local suppliers to maintain the authenticity of every ingredient.

Our cocoa bars do not contain gluten-based ingredients. However, they are produced in a facility that handles wheat products, so we cannot guarantee them as completely gluten-free. If you have celiac disease or severe gluten sensitivity, please consult with your healthcare provider.

We deliver across India via our shipping partners. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad) receive orders within 3–4 business days. For all other pincodes, Pan India delivery takes 5–7 business days. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before dispatch. We use insulated packaging with food-grade ice packs during warmer months (April–September) to keep your bars at the right temperature. Our packaging is designed to withstand transit conditions across India. If your product arrives damaged or melted, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

Our return window is 30 days from purchase. As cocoa bars are perishable, food items are generally non-returnable — but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies. Express delivery is available at checkout for select pin codes at an additional cost.

Yes, during checkout you can enter a different shipping address and add a gift message. We’ll ensure the package is beautifully wrapped and the pricing details are excluded from the delivery. It’s a seamless gifting experience.

KALP is a brand by Pranada Biopharma Pvt. Ltd., based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Our office and kitchen are at IJMIMA Tower, Mindspace, Malad West. While our inspiration travels across Indian cities — Lucknow, Banaras, Jaipur, and beyond — our heart and operations are in Mumbai.
